Stew Hosting Refund Policy

Services purchased from Stew Hosting (My Basic LLC) may be refunded only if canceled within the refund period shown below. Some services contain different refund policies or requirements that constitute grounds for a refund. If you’ve purchased web hosting you cannot request a refund beyond 7 days after purchase.
The Date of Transaction which influences our refund policy means the date of purchase of products with Stew Hosting. This includes any renewal date by Stew Hosting in accordance with the TOS (terms of service) of applicable products.
During the Refund Period, you may cancel services at any time but a refund will only be issued if you request a refund with Stew Hosting customer service within the time period specified for the applicable product, if available at all.
There are no refunds after you close your account. If you are eligible for a refund, it is required that you request a refund prior to account closure. You may elect to close your account with Stew Hosting any time but upon closure, you will no longer be eligible for a refund as otherwise permitted under this refund policy.
Standard Refund Terms
Annual Plans (Pay yearly)
You can request a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction.
Monthly Plans (Monthly)
You can request a refund within 48 hours of the date of the transaction.
